Orthoses and Insoles .​

Biomechanics was the term used when we qualified in podiatry in 1985.

Many orthoses and insoles are available .It makes good sense to have them prescribed by a HPCC registered Podiatrist.

​Taping.

Stephen attended a taping course with Dave Cashley in November 2019.

Exercises and stretching.

Injury in all activity is preventable with proper preparation and training. Stephen been a runner since age 13 and has completed 175 marathons
